Day 1
Arrive in Cairo! You will be escorted from the airport to the hotel. This day is free for you to explore Cairo at your own pace or enjoy the hotel facilities.
Day 2
Arrive in Memphis, the first unified capital of the world. Explore inside the step pyramids and see hieroglyphics. Ā Visit Sakkara and have a camel ride! Ending with a visit to the great pyramids of Giza and a carpet making workshop.
Day 3
Visit the new Grand Egyptian Museum. Explore old Coptic Cairo and see many of the oldest historical and religious sites, including temples and the grand mosque.
Day 4
Fly from Cairo to Aswan and board our Nile cruise! Initiation at the temple of Isis. Ā Sailboat ride on the Nile, taking us around Elephantine Island and the famous Botanical Gardens.
Day 5
Nile cruise sailing from Kom Ombo to Edfu. Ā Enjoy meals and sites on the Nile.
Day 6
Visit Edfu temple by horse carriage then sail toĀ East bank of Luxor to visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.Ā Transfer to hotel.
Day 7
Day inĀ the Valley of the KingsĀ where the tombs of various Dynasties lie. Continue to the beautiful Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Statues of Memnon. Ā Evening is free to do some optional excursions or relax on the boat.
Day 8
Visit Abydos, believed to be the burial site of Osiris. Explore the Temple of Seti I. Continue to Dendera to visit the Temple of Hathor. Ā Transfer to Hurghada and relax at the Red Sea.
Day 9
Relax at the Red Sea and enjoy the spa facilities and desert oasis. Optional activities include snorkeling, exploring the sea, and eating good.
Day 10
Fly from Hurghada to Cairo. Free day in Cairo. Ā Free day to explore all Cairo has to offer.
Day 11
Private driver to tour Alexandria. Traverse the catacombs of Kom El Shoukafa. Visit ancient Fort Qaitbey and the Library of Alexandria.
Day 12
Depart Cairo and begin the journey home!
